- Central Care Mission is a men's long-term residential facility designed to help transform their lives by addressing drug, alcohol and destructive lifestyle abuse. By transforming "the man", we transform the family and transform the community.
- Central Care Mission seels to help the whole person - spiritually, emotionally, educationally and vocationally by equipping men with life skills necessary to gain a re-entry into society with appropriate skills, a sense of self worth, and qualified for employment and independent living.
- Central Care Mission residents work through a four step program called the "Matrix."This program lays out a step by step process designed for each individual to help them transition back into the community as healthy, functioning men:
- Step 1 - Discovery: Residents will come face to face with the reality of their present situation, through personal assessments and evaluations by our staff. We then design a "roadmap" for each resident to achieve holistic well-being.
- Step 2 - Transformation: Residents will gain an understanding of how to function in a healthy way within their in community by establishing a sustainable lifestyle framework through involvement and transparency.
- Step 3 - Freedom: Residents will begin to display leadership and influence while being involved in ministry through service in and to the community. They will begin to identify a core network of support that will follow them as they transition out of the program.
- Step 4 - Independence: Residents will begin to experience health in core areas of their personal lives: spiritually, financially, and relationally as they transition back into the community.
