Dr. Vennum obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN in 1967 and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Florida in 1971. He completed an external Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Libery University in Lynchburg, VA in May 2009. Retiring after a 36 year successful career in Anesthesiology, he has worked mostly in Central Florida.
He is interested in the following areas of counseling: medical issues, health and wellness, pre-marital counseling, bereavement, spiritual, financial, and men’s issues, substance abuse, gambling, addictions, and coping with a gay child. His first wife of 32 years died nine years ago from cancer.
He has five children and three grandsons. He is celebrating his seventh anniversary of marriage to Pauline who is from Hong Kong. Keith enjoys visiting his children, singing, playing trombone, gardening and swimming.
