Spence Pfleiderer

Spence has been the President and CEO of Central Care Mission in Orlando since the fall of 2009.  Previously, he was the Discipleship Pastor at Center Pointe Church of the Nazarene in Orlando, where he built a small group ministry that involved 500 people and 25+ groups.

Before that, he planted and served as the Senior Pastor at The Gathering Community Church in Orlando.  Spence received his B.S. in Bible and Theology from Toccoa Falls College in 1987.  A gifted preacher and leader, Spence is passionate about communicating the incredible love of God to people by teaching, training, and mentoring with the result that people are transformed to spread that incredible love of God in their lives, families, churches, and communities.
