The Matrix

We call our program The Matrix. The Matrix consists of Five Components and Operates in Four Phases:

Five Components:

  1. Cognitive (what I think) and behavior (what I do) benchmarks.
  2. Classes that educate and train a man what these benchmarks are how to implement them into their lives.
  3. A book reading roster that reinforces the education and training of the class in a thematic, supplemental manner.
  4. The instruction of, training in and practice of the spiritual disciplines.
  5. And accountability and encouragement through counseling (year one) and mentoring (year two).

Four Phases:

We implement the principle of beginning with the end in mind by setting goals, and providing a roadmap for each resident in regards to their holistic well-being. Our aim is to equip every man with the tools to effectively work on his physical, financial, spiritual, and relational existence while successfully living drug and alcohol free.
