We call our program The Matrix. The Matrix consists of Five Components and Operates in Four Phases:
In this phase of the MATRIX, residents will come face to face with the reality of whom and where they are, through a variety of assessments and evaluations. We implement the principle of beginning with the end in mind by setting goals, and providing a roadmap for each resident in regards to their holistic well-being. Our aim is to equip every man with the tools to effectively work on his physical, financial, spiritual, and relational existence while successfully living drug and alcohol free.

An attitude of purpose and destiny will be cultivated as men begin to realize a sense of vocation through talent and skill recognition.
